Flight Operations Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to hire Flight Operations Manager for Middle East's Leading Private Jet Charter Airline based in Abu Dhabi.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible in providing shift supervisory support to the Flight Operations department and Lead the team Supervisors, Controllers and Flight Dispatchers to ensure safe, compliant, and flawless operation and ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements of Knowledge & Experience for the Role :

• Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in an airline / Military operations environment of which a minimum 3 years' experience must be in a supervisory role.
• University Degree or equivalent.
• Valid or Previous Flight dispatch license holder
• Recurrence and proficiency check must be current and valid all times
• ICAO level proficiency 4 for aviation language.
• DGR CAT 10 Trained would be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for developing others
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral
• Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills
• Strong knowledge in the development and implementation of policies & procedures
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong drive to grow capabilities internet connection.
