Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Safety Management, Operations, or a related discipline -Preferred
• Relevant aviation certifications diploma or professional qualifications will be considered an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of aviation operations, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks (GCAA knowledge is an advantage) Preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and support operational decision-making
• Willingness to learn aviation systems, procedures and industry best practices

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Confident presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional and courteous approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate clearly across departments
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the aviation industry in the UAE
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
