Job Purpose: 

In this role, you provide efficient and effective customer care services, ensuring standard to meet company expectation.

Oversee VIP Lounge daily activities, handle customer complaints and other duties as assigned.

Operational Accountabilities:

  • Being punctual maintain hygiene and conducting the task as per the schedule with high standard.
  • Meet and greet, escort the guest and ensure that they were been served.
  • Handle reservations from departments, track and records.
  • Liaise guest travel documents and baggage handling procedure.
  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Handling of mails, receiving, dispatching, tracking and keeping of records.
  • Ensuring all equipment and materials used are kept in proper order
  • Follow reporting procedures on work completion
  • Plan and request material supply for the required services
  • Key responsible for distributing all team members to their respective assigned task including briefing, training, monthly rosters, and maintain
  • Coordinates with the FBO team for incoming and upcoming flight movement Liaise passport control through immigration representative, checking visas and ensuring availability of customs and eyes can representative if needed. 

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
  • Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an aviation environment. 
  • Previous experience working in an aviation environment is desired.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills.
  • Strong organizational commitment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
