FBO Coordinator

Job Purpose

In this role you will be responsible for all the task related to Ramp Services.  

Operational Accountabilities

• Being punctual maintain hygiene and conducting the task as per the schedule with high standards.
• Manage and supervise the ground handling operation and staff operating equipment.
• Liaising with operations and ensuring safety and security procedures are adhered.
• Communicating and handling of landing and parking clearance.
• Ensuring flight catering fuel services and Aircraft cleaning services are carried out.
• Use of P.P.E as and when required in line with safety policy.
• Ensuring all personals are seated, Equipment, material are secured in proper order.
• Follow reporting procedures on work completion, maintenance request.
• Plan and request materials and supplies for the required services. 
• To support the FBO Operations Section Head with all FBO Operational related communications for all RoyalJet and Visiting aircraft flights.
• Coordination with Airport authorities, RoyalJet stake holders for day to day operational requirements.
• Inspect physical condition of FBO facility, including equipment and furnishings on a shift-by-shift basis using checklists.
• To look after all Crew handling services (custom, immigration, transportation).
• Parking stand allocation in coordination with ADA Ramp control and RoyalJet Ramp team.
• Print and prepare flight brief packet (NOTAM & Weather info) for crew.
• ATC Flight Planning. 
• Creating all FBO invoices for RJ & visiting aircrafts.
• Ensure compliance with all security directives and Airport authorities guidelines or procedures.
• Generation of API reports (ARR- DEP) for all visiting aircraft passengers.
• Update daily movement sheet and prepare daily movement sheet for Abu Dhabi Airport Duty Clark, Catering, and Fuel companies.
• Should have valid Airport Driving Pass and Air side security pass validity.

• Similar Ramp Services experience at least for a year.
• Basic knowledge of different type of aircraft.
