ROLE PURPOSE Responsible for accomplishes loading and offloading aircraft cargo functions, performs pre-flight and post-flight of cargo aircraft and cargo aircraft systems, Performs loadmaster aircrew functions Computes weight and balance and other related tasks. OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountable for the management and supervision of Royal Jet Ramp Service activities including the loading, un-loading, transportation of baggage, and aircraft handling. Monitors and/or performs aircraft loading/unloading, aircraft movement, employee and contractor safety, HAZMAT placement and reporting and pallet build-up. Identifies and rectifies problems. Monitor all the flights schedules departures and arrivals and ensure that ramp handling activities are carried out as per the Royal Jet, customer requirements, Service Level Agreements and the “on time performance” (OTP) of flights are maintained. Compiles information and calculates weight and balance. Reviews cargo documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness and corrects inaccurate and/or incomplete information. Communicates serious or recurring issues to management. Maintains current passport and travels to off-line stations. Ensures safety of company aircraft and crews by: Preventing aircraft damage; Ensuring proper loading, including nets and locks; Ensuring HAZMAT is handled correctly, including loading and paperwork. Accomplishes initial pre-flight of aircraft according to flight manuals; pre-flights specific aircraft systems such as restraint rail. Monitors contract personnel s compliance with pallets/nets/straps procedures and ensures that appropriate number of pallets/nets/straps are returned. Maintain load data warehouse and generate monthly managers’ report. Ensure compliance to the corporate safety standards & safe practices. Conduct preliminary investigations into any incidents / accidents and provide the operational management with reports of any / all irregularities faced. Complete all accident / incident reports relating to personnel, equipment operation, etc. Manage and motivate the performance and productivity of the teams within the specific area of responsibility and collaborate with peers and different sections of loading/unloading Operations to achieve the most productive, cost effective and responsive quality solution for all activities. Continuously review and manage all aspects of Royal Jet cargo operation and handling procedures to ensure that work methods and equipment / manpower levels are in line with budget guidelines and meet the business and customer requirement. Operations Controller - GCAA Dispatch License is A MUST

      ROLE PURPOSE   Responsible for the safe and legal dispatch of all company operated flights from start to finish. They are to provide the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) with an Operational Flight Plan (OFP) for each sector along with a complete weather briefing/NOTAM package for each trip. Contract Management Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE The contract specialist is the primary individual responsible for the creation and management of all contracts that the Royal Jet use to procure products and services. Overseeing contracts from drafting all the way to execution, the contract specialist also serves as the key point of contact between Royal Jet and third parties throughout contracts lifecycle.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Description1. Prepare, review and edit contracts, to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies in line with Royal Jet rules and guidelines. Provide recommendations and negotiate directly with third parties to draft a final document that is satisfactory to all parties.2. Serve as the key point of contact between Royal Jet and third parties to ensure timely review and approval of any variations.3. Assess contracted services and contractors’ performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts. Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner and Assist with contract termination procedures.4. Liaise with staff within Royal Jet on various levels to analyze and determine comprehensive contract strategy.5. Collaborate internally with Procurement, Finance, Legal and Administration teams to ensure contracts' compliance.6. Develop and implement procedures and policies for contract management, including Setting up templates and approval workflows across Royal Jet.7. Maintain complete digital and hard copy contractual records on the entire procurement and contract administration processes; including all relevant documentation accompanying contracts.8.
