Ensure staff under his immediate control adheres to published technical and safety requirements defined in MOE and PPM. Define priorities to the staff allocated to him to ensure that efficient use of resources are directed to an on time and safe flight departure. Ensure documentation and certification, are completed in a timely manner and to the defined procedures to meet Royal Jet requirements. Comply with Royal Jet MOE and PPM when working on aircraft and adhere to the procedure to ensure aircraft is released to service in accordance with local authority and other civil authority requirement. Contribute as part of the team when away from base, duties including acting as a focal point on technical matters, performing the duties of an “able bodied person” during an emergency situation and supervise cargo loading in the absence of a loadmaster on a flight.
